Market Share Change Report

Key Question:   What level of share gain/loss is "normal" for this business?

There are two ways to run the Market Share Change report:

1.  You can specify a target Share Change as well as the key constraining factors in your strategic business profile (e.g. Real Market Growth). In this case, the report will show you the strategic profile of businesses that  a) achieve your target level of Market Share Change while  b) operating within the strategic constraints you imposed.

2.  You can not specify a target Share Change and simply specify the key constraining factors in your business profile (e.g. Real Market Growth, Beginning Relative Quality, etc.). In this case the report will show you the Market Share Change that's normal for businesses operating within the strategic constraints you specified.
