Return on Investment (ROI) Report

Key Question:   What level of profitability is "normal" for this business?

There are two ways to run the ROI report:

1.  You can specify a target ROI as well as the key constraining factors in your strategic business profile (e.g. Real Market Growth). In this case, the report will show you the strategic profile of businesses that  a) achieve your target level of ROI while  b) operating within the strategic constraints you imposed.

2.  You can not specify a target and simply specify the key constraining factors in your business profile (e.g. Real Market Growth, Relative Quality, etc.). In this case the report will show you the ROI that's normal for businesses operating within the strategic constraints you specified.
